Examine and analyze multinational corporate clients’ accounting records to determine financial status; analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with domestic and foreign laws, regulations, and management policies. Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning, using best practice of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Evaluate clients’ finances to determine their cross-country tax liability, using knowledge of international financial and international taxation. Preparation of US and state income tax returns. [The occupation will NOT require proficiency in any foreign language(s) in order to perform the duties required.]
Require: Master’s degree in Accountancy with academic background in forensic accounting, controls analysis, international finance, international taxation, and international financial reporting standards. 18 months’ experience in job offered or as Accountant involving best practice under principle of generally accepted accounting principles, financial management reports preparation, and audits.
